          Starting our excursion in Batroun, a city by the sea, famous for its crystal clear water and magnificent landscapes. Batroun is known for its religious sites such as the Cathedral of St Stephan and St Georges Church in addition to The lady of the sea. Batroun’s port is a must see along with the old souk where you can find a variety of handmade and local stuff.

      Next, Tripoli is the largest city in northern Lebanon, carries a lot of diversity in its culture. We are going to visit the old souk of Tripoli. Next, the Grand Mosque and Taynal Mosque, both known for their interesting architecture and historical facts.The Citadel of Raymond de St Gilles is our next stop in Tripoli, we will learn more about the castle and enjoy the inside of it. Then taste the famous Arabic sweets in Tripoli. Last but not least sightseeing of Al Mina in Tripoli a beautiful magical shore.

       Our next stop is at Msayelha Fort located on Chekka’s highway, On our way to Tripoli city, this castle was built by Emir Fakherddin II. The castle was used as a defensive spot since antiquity. The fort is built on a long, narrow limestone rock. Its walls are constructed with small sandstone blocks carried from the nearby coast and built onto the edge of the limestone rock. 

       Last stop for the day is Nabu Museum, situated on the coast of the Mediterranean, at the village of El Heri, the museum offers an exceptional permanent collection of Bronze and Iron Age artifacts that represent the Roman, Greek, Phoenician and Mesopotamian and contemporary Lebanese cultures. The museum is one of a kind it also offers rare manuscripts and ethnographic material. The museum includes a variety of local, regional and contemporary art by Lebanese artist.

alleys , situated next to Nahr El Jawz River .

Batroun is a coastal Lebanese city , situated between the Mediterranean shore and the eastern mountains . Batroun is rich with historical sites like the old souk and religious places like St Stephan Cathedral and St Georges church. This city is ideal for beach lovers in summer and has some marvelous souks every tourist need to explore.

The museum is named after the Mesopotamian god of wisdom and writing  (Nabu) . It contain a permanent collection in bronze and gold Age artifacts, In addition of rare manuscripts and ethnographic including local and contemporary Lebanese artists .
